When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.
Shipping And Handling
All goods are carefully packed with the utmost care. All freight prices are valid for the North and South Islands only of New Zealand. We will only ship goods within the two main island of New Zealand.
Payment
All orders are to be paid for by either credit card, direct transfer or cheque (If paying by cheque, goods will not be shipped until the cheque clears). Prior to goods being dispatched. All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. All orders are subject a non-refundable 10% deposit
Delivery
We aim to deliver all goods within 2-4 working days. Please note that Rural Delivery addresses are dependent on the local courier`s schedule.
Back Orders
If there is any unexpected delay of the product, you will be notified by email or phone. An estimated date of departure will be given and you will have the right to cancel your order.
Product Availability
Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. Whilst Equine Solutions Ltd does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate
Guarantee
We stand behind the products that we sell if for some reason your product arrives damaged or faulty. Please return to us within 7 days of purchase and we will happily refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction.
Refunds
Customers please note we will gladly exchange a product, or provide a credit at Equine Solutions Ltd if the item is no longer suitable. Providing all goods returned are undamaged and unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition how ever we will only provide a refund, for a sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and delivery costs. Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
